I began my coaching journey in the local community supporting a CAP, a nationwide charity aiming to eliminate poverty in the UK. I worked alongside those navigating the pressure of low incoming living, and the wider reaching impacts this has on an individuals overall wellbeing. Coaching came alive for me in a new way as I saw the real, and lasting, benefits that working on a 121 basis can have.
Since then, I have put my ICF coaching qualification to work in both personal and corporate arenas. I have worked alongside professionals in the automotive industry, with my personal highlight being when I coached high level management within the BMW Group, before launching Genesis Coaching in 2024.
